Into my heart ,

Felt it so deeply ,

Apologized for ignoring

All the years through,

Keeping them under the rug

Shutting the doors n windows

Of  my heart to stop them,

Tore down all the masks 

I wore so far and 

All my pretensions .

Tears flowed down 

Addressing it to every bit,

Embracing it with open mind 

Sat with it quietly

Helping to know me more

And to live and love
